Each year during the June long weekend, we come together in Bellingen on the breathtaking traditional lands of the Gumbaynggirr people and surrounded by the UNESCO World Heritage–listed natural beauty that inspires us all.  Our Festival bursts with contemporary Australian voices, from acclaimed fiction writers and sharp political commentators to powerful First Nations creators, LGBTQI+ storytellers, and live performers who light up the stage.

Join us at the Bellingen Memorial Hall and surrounding venues for an unforgettable weekend of creativity and connection, starting with the Poetry Slam on Friday 6 Jun and finishing on Sunday evening.
