2 Triple B FM is a fantastic little Community Radio station based in the wonderful Bellinger Valley. Our team of dedicated volunteers will have been broadcasting a diverse range of programs on 93.3 and 107.3 fm for 25 years by September this year. Planning is underway for a celebratory concert and CD release featuring many of Bellingen's incredibly talented musical performers to coincide with this momentous anniversary. We have a wide range of music and content on offer to our listeners, including dedicated French, Spanish and Aboriginal shows. Why not check out our programme guide which has the lowdown on our great shows and profiles on our dj's. The Autumn - Winter 2008 schedule is now out and is 2BBB's best ever - thanks largely to the tireless efforts of Misty. So many new presenters ; so many exciting new shows. |

Chairperson’s Report to The Annual General Meeting Bellinger Community Communications Co-operative 18 October 2007
Welcome to all co-op members and guests this evening. It has been a matter of significant personal satisfaction and reward to have had the opportunity to chair the Board of BCCCo-op for the last 2 years. My enthusiasm for the wide ranging opportunities that are available at our mudbrick radio station remains sound after 20 odd years. I marvel at the opportunities that present themselves, and the freedom that is possible, within our all-volunteer broadcasting organization. We are truly a community asset: of the people, for the people, by the people. We are a breath of fresh air in the modern, yet stale, world of profits before people. It is an incredible accomplishment to have, not only survived, but actually thrived – in an artistic sense – for 24 years with only a brief respite of paid management. |
