Radio Training Course

Expressions of Interest are now being sought for our next batch of trainees. As soon as we have enough people interested we will post details of the next training course. There are forms available on the notice board in the foyer at 2bbb's studios on Wheatley St.

You Will Learn:

radio presentation skills
studio techniques
station management
ethics and responsibilities of community radio

Tutors are: Dorin Hart and Leo Bradney-George

Your Commitment:

Three and a half hour formal session plus individual practice in the 2 BBB FM studios each week for 7 weeks

Those who complete the course to a satisfactory level may apply for their own show on 2 BBB FM or help in any of the other areas of need at the station, like production, music, admin, outside broadcast, maintenance, etc

Cost:

$140 ($90 concession) - we need a $60 deposit on the first week
